Guide Perbelanjaan ke Krabi, Thailand.

May 25, 2011 - 9:31 am No Comments

Salam and hi semua,

Atas permintaan dan pertanyaan ramai pihak, kami pun pos guide@laporan perbelanjaan kami semasa 5 hari bercuti ke Krabi, Thailand. hope info nih berguna and membantu mereka2 yang bercadang untuk bercuti.

Penerbangan AirAsia 2 Orang pergi dan balik + 20Kg muatan bagasi (bagasi…skemanye ayat..hehehhe)

RM414

Hotel pertama : 3H 2M. Aonang Princevill + Aktiviti melawat 4 pulau & snorkeling untuk 2 orang + sarapan pagi setiap hari + diner set hari pertama + thai massage 2 org sejam sorang.

RM1,000

Hotel kedua : 3H 2M. The Beach Butique Resort + tiada aktiviti just santai2 + sarapan pagi setiap hari + diner set hari pertama

RM1,055

Perbelanjaan lain + teksi ke Krabi town dari airport + beli2 barang + makan2.

RM500

So, sehari sebelum fly ke sana, kita org ke mesen tukaran wang CIMB, tukar THB20,000 = RM1,998 rasanya. Then, masa hari nk balik ke Malaysia, kita orang berjaya habiskan duit tu tinggal THB0.3 je…hehehhe. THB20,000 tu le kita org guna untuk semua belanja di atas, kecuali tiket penerbangan yang dah dibayar semasa tempahan online di website AirAsia semasa promosi mereka. :D

Korang boleh bawak duit extra ciket kalau rasa nk shooping banyak2 or cadang nk sewa scooter masa di sana nanti. Then, tips lain rasanya kalau dah jalan ke tempat orang tu, kalau barang berharga mcm barang kemas, x perlu bawak…laptop kalau besar berat2, boleh pinjam laptop adik yg 10″ tu, ringan ciket senang bawak. Korang jangan lupa budget betul2 bagasi yang dibawa….kalau x, sediakan je duit extra kot2 kene denda bawak lebih muatan masa nk balik nanti.

And bila dah sampai Thailand and nk tukar duit lagi, rate tukaran tak sama, so elok tukar siap2 rasanye. Sebaiknye tukar kat CIMB punye mesin je. Kalau kat kedai2 tukaran wang tu, arge lain2 sebap dia org ada ambik komisyen jugak le.

Aktiviti…kalau rasa nk banyak aktiviti best2, baik korang booking hotel sekali dengan aktiviti. Kat sana banyak agensi yang sediakan macam2 pakej aktiviti….pilih and bayar je. Aktiviti pun korang boleh customize ikut kesesuaian…tp buat awal2 la, deal denagn pihak hotel pun boleh.

Ok, itu saje, ada pe2 nk tanye..tanye le…kalau tau kt org bag tau…kalau x tau, seama le kite tanye en Google yer…TQ

10 tips for family vacation

May 8, 2011 - 5:52 am No Comments

Packing….packing…packing… ;p

Today me and my wife a bit busy for our ‘final check’ on what to bring and what not for our next vacation. This time, we need to be more careful about what to bring and not to miss any stuff that ‘important’ as the place we will go this time is not an easy one. In terms of the locations, environments, community there and language….it will be a difficult and unusual. Plus….we go there on our own (not via travel agent)

Our next vacation is to Krabi, Thailand. We did plan for that vacation few months ago and booked airasia flight and hotels. So, here I just want to share 10 tips for family vacation where we get from VacationIdea.com :

1. Confirm your vacation reservation, including hotel, air, car, train, dining and activity reservations. A few phone calls before you leave can save you from vacation stress later on.

2. Remember to cancel your home newspaper delivery since newspaper companies usually require you to cancel several business days ahead of time.

3. Organize the credit cards that you are planning to bring with you and order travelers cheques from your bank. Make a list of emergency numbers to call if your credit cards or travelers cheques get stolen.

4. If you are visiting a foreign country, order a small amount of that country’s currency from your bank to take with you.

5. Pack as light as possible or consider shipping large bags, golf and ski equipment to your destination. There are services that will pick up bags at your home or at the office and deliver them to your destination by the required date. For example, see www.sportsexpress.com for more information.

6. Before you leave, check the weather at your destination (www.weather.com) for last-minute wardrobe adjustments.

7. If you are flying, call the airline and confirm that your flight is departing on time.

8. Pack your camera and video equipment at least 24 hours before leaving your house. This way you can make sure that all the necessary batteries have been charged.

9. If you are flying, pack a small carry-on bag of essentials you can’t be without in case your bags get delayed.

10. If you are driving, make sure that you have a road atlas handy. You can also look up driving directions online before you go (www.mapblast.com) and find out approximate driving times.

Thats all till now, happy holiday and have a nice vacations! ;D
